Who Writes? Cha Writes!

Catherine/Cha Calubaquib is a 36-year-old preschool teacher, grade school tutor, professional dance artist, choreographer, president of an all-female dance group, owner of CBC Events, currently studying her MA in Basic Education Major in Guidance and Counseling at the Ateneo de Manila University, and executive assistant to the COO in PhoneSales. 

In 2015, she started Cha Writes for her personal entertainment and online diary. She wanted to use it as a channel to showcase her choreographies, travels, teaching strategies, and anything and everything. Now, in 2023, she wants to continue writing about more substantial content and more relevant topics. She wants to exercise her knowledge by trying to reach out to people who are struggling in love, life, and themselves—not a life coach, not a counselor (yet), but just a virtual best friend.

Hopefully, this 8-year-old blog can reach out not just to her friends but also to different regions and countries and help spread positivity one word at a time. She knows it's a big shot, but she knows she'll get there.
